We now have a new portal system in place making it easy for you to return, exchange or request store credit.

Using the returns portal is super simple, just log in with your order number and you’ll be given the option to return or exchange your items with ease.

To begin your return or swap follow these steps:
1. Open the Returns Portal
2. Enter your Order Number which you will have received when you placed the original. Don't forget to add the # before your 4-digit number)
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return
4. Select if you would like to Return, Swap or take a Store Credit for each of your items
5. We are offering a 10% bonus for customers who opt for our Store Credit which can be used on our website to purchase a new item altogether
6. The Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains value. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the balance reaches 0
7. Download the QR code for use in any Royal Mail and/or DHL Service Point
8. Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown from the portal. Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that. If you do not hear from us within the allotted time please email us on: info@vaailondon.com
Free UK Returns

We only offer full refunds on fully priced items and we hear from you within 7 days. On sales items, we do not do refunds but can issue you store credit. For returns, please use returns portal and see the returns policy below.

International returns

If you live outside of the UK, refunds will be processed the same as UK customers, however additional shipping fees will apply. Please use the returns portal and see the returns policy below.

Returns policy

Returned items must conform to our returns policy as below.

We strongly advise that product(s) is insured on return transit. We strongly recommend you obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will not accept liability until orders have arrived into our hands.

Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of custom made garments we cannot offer a refund or exchange on these products.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged with original tags.

The return of funds will be dependent on the garment being returned in new condition and at the discretion of the VAAI team.

We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure protection during return transit. Once your return has been received and it complies with our return policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.

International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments.

International customers must clearly write ‘return’ or ‘unwanted goods’ on the label of their returns parcel to avoid extra unnecessary customs charges.
