Whether you are shopping online or visiting us in Islington, we are always happy to help with sizing, fit, styling and choosing pieces that will work with your existing wardrobe.

Complimentary Trouser Fittings

Finding the right pair of trousers is about more than choosing a size.

We offer complimentary trouser fittings at our Islington store, where we can help you find the right VAAI silhouette and size, assess the fit through the waist, hip and rise, and consider proportion and trouser length.

There is no obligation to purchase.

You are welcome to visit during store opening hours, or contact us if you would prefer to arrange dedicated fitting time.

Alterations

Small adjustments can make a significant difference to how a garment fits and feels.

Where appropriate, we can advise on alterations to VAAI garments, including trouser length. Please ask us in store about alteration options and any associated costs.

Made-to-Order & Custom Made

Many VAAI pieces can be made to order, and in some cases adjusted to accommodate individual measurements or preferences.

If you are interested in a made-to-order or custom-made garment, please contact us before placing your order so that we can discuss what is possible, timings and any additional costs.

Custom-made garments are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

Bespoke

For customers looking for something completely individual, VAAI offers a bespoke design service, with prices starting from £500.

The process begins with a consultation to understand the occasion, your preferences and how you would like the garment to feel and function.

From there, we develop the design with you before moving into fabric selection, production and fittings. The final price will depend on the design, fabric, construction and complexity of the garment and will be discussed with you before production begins.

Bespoke garments require time to design, develop and fit. Depending on the complexity of the garment and our production schedule, the complete process can take up to six months. We therefore recommend contacting us well in advance of your occasion.

Private Appointments

If you would prefer dedicated time to explore the VAAI collection, discuss fit or talk to us about a particular wardrobe requirement, private appointments can be arranged.

Gift Cards

VAAI Gift Cards are available in sterling (£) and can be used towards purchases online or in store.

Each gift card is issued with a unique code. If the value of your purchase exceeds the remaining balance on the gift card, the difference can be paid using another payment method.

Gift cards are available up to a maximum value of £500.
