ORDERS & DELIVERY
Unless specified, we offer next day delivery service within the UK (Delivery is on the next day (Monday-Saturday) if ordered before 12:00 (Monday-Friday), delivery is next working day if ordered before 12:00 (Saturday-Sunday) excluding Public Holidays - all products must be signed for upon delivery. Please contact us via email should you be based outside the UK and wish to place an order.
After placing your order and once we have verified your payment details, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment approving your order (please allow up to 12 hours).
Products are custom made, therefore lead times may vary. Orders can take between 1 week and 6 months for delivery (please see product description or contact us for further details specific to your order).
Please note that all items must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt and before any tags are removed. Any issues must be reported immediately via email. We advise that any claims for faulty, lost or damaged items after 48 hours will be entertained at the discretion of the VAAI team.
ONLINE PAYMENT METHODS
We currently use Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Paypal Express as our standard method of payment.
We are happy to accept cancellations for any reason; up to the moment we have processed your order. After this, we will not be able to cancel and you will be required to return your order as stated below.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for full refund or exchange. Sale and discounted items are eligible for an exchange or gift card only. After this time we cannot guarantee that we will accept your order for refund/exchange. Returned items must conform to our returns policy as below. Returning of items will be at the cost of buyer. We strongly advise that product(s) is insured on return transit. We will not accept liability until orders have arrived into our hands. Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of custom made garments we cannot offer a refund or exchange on these products. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged with original tags. The return of funds will be dependent on the garment being returned in new condition and at the discretion of the VAAI team. We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure protection during return transit. Once your return has been received and it complies with our return policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.
The VAAI Gift Card is available in sterling (£) only. The Card is not a credit card or a charge card; nor is it a debit card linked to a current account. It is a prepaid card which means that money must be paid at the time of purchase. The gift card holder can use the card to pay for purchases online or in-store at Vaai London only.
Certain limits apply to the Card. A maximum value of £500 may be purchased; each card will be issued with a unique code that may be used on-line or in-store. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. Interest will not be payable in respect of card balances.
You should look after the Card as we do not hold your personal details and we cannot link the Card to you.
Gift cards will be shipped to to delivery address within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
All our online products can be made to measure, should you require this service please get in touch via email before placing your order. Custom fittings fee will be applied. Please note custom made garments will not be exchanged and are non-refundable.
BESPOKE & PERSONAL SERVICES
We operate viewing of our collections and/or bespoke consultations by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Contact us via email at email@example.com or call +44 773 736 4112 to book. We do offer a personal service where the collections can be bought to a venue of your choice. A £50 charge advance will apply which will be deducted from the final invoice. Your initial bespoke appointment will last approximately one-hour. If you choose VAAI to design your concept piece, the process will begin upon payment of a design fee of £75 which will be deducted from the final invoice. If you choose not to proceed after the design process, this sum will be non-refundable. Production of your attire will begin once you've approved initial designs/cost and full payment has been made. We strive to keep you informed/updated throughout the process and will invite you back to the studio for fittings. Once your attire is complete and final checks made, your order will be made ready for collection or can be delivered to you (delivery fee may apply). Please bear in mind the whole process can take up to 6 months.
