Please note that all items must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt and before any tags are removed. Any issues must be reported immediately via email. We advise that any claims for faulty, lost or damaged items after 48 hours will be entertained at the discretion of the VAAI team.

Duties and Taxes

Please note:

EU & Non UK deliveries may be subject to additional duties and taxes.

Any applicable Duties and Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges.

 UK Returns policy:

We only offer full refunds on fully priced items and we hear from you within 7 days. On sales items, we do not do refunds but can issue you a credit note. For returns, please use the form enclosed within your delivery and see the returns policy below.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you wish to refund or exchange please send an email to info@vaailondon.com. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

International returns:

If you live outside of the UK, refunds will be processed the same as UK customers, however additional shipping fees will apply. Please use the form enclosed within your delivery and see the returns policy below. Please let us know you will be returning an item via email at info@vaailondon.com. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours. 

Returns policy

Returned items must conform to our returns policy as below.

We strongly advise that product(s) is insured on return transit. We strongly recommend you obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will not accept liability until orders have arrived into our hands.

Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of custom made garments we cannot offer a refund or exchange on these products.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged with original tags.

The return of funds will be dependent on the garment being returned in new condition and at the discretion of the VAAI team.

We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure protection during return transit. Once your return has been received and it complies with our return policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.

International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments.

International customers must clearly write ‘return’ or ‘unwanted goods’ on the label of their returns parcel to avoid extra unnecessary customs charges.
